The Jing San Song impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. As the material enters the plate hammer action area from the feeding hopper under the force of gravity, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, resulting in collision and fragmentation with the plate hammer on the rotor. The crushed material is then continuously thrown towards the unique impact plate installed above the rotor for further crushing. It bounces back from the impact lining plate to the plate hammer action area for repeated impacts. This process continues in the crushing chamber until the material is crushed to the desired particle shape and discharged through the bottom discharge port.
